1. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including the registration fee. Payments are due BEFORE the first lesson you attend. Statements will be emailed; however, even if you do not receive a statement, you must pay the total due. Methods of payment include EFT/Internet transfers. Please use your Name and invoice number as a reference. Email proof of payment to accounts@khadijak.com. We will not be held responsible for payments made via a third party (this includes payments given to instructors) or payments left on the desk.
2. Terminating lessons: Membership shall continue for an indefinite period subject to one month’s written notice. No telephonic or verbal notice will be accepted. While you are a member, provision is made for you on our timetable, and classes are prepped accordingly.
3.Please be punctual to avoid losing time from your lesson.
4. Please complete lessons in the allocate period, no lessons will be carried over.
5. Please leave the premises in the same tidy and clean way in which you would like to find them.
6. KhadijaK PTY LTD will not be liable for the loss, damage, or misplacement of any articles belonging to anyone entering the premises.
7. Downgrading your gym membership must be done BEFORE the season starts and not after.
8. No refunds on any of our packages.
