My Story

The KhadijaKGYM story

Khadija Kadodia is a passionate entrepreneur, certified fitness and swimming instructor, and the founder of KhadijaKGYM. Originally from Durban, South Africa, she now lives in Gauteng, where she runs a thriving ladies-only gym (established in 2006) in Pretoria and offers a variety of online programs through her website khadijak.com and Instagram @khadijakadodia.

Fitness has always been a part of Khadija’s DNA. Raised in a sport-loving, athletic household, her commitment to health and movement began early and has only grown stronger over the years. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, she has built a reputation for her professionalism, passion, and unwavering dedication to helping women overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.

Khadija is the creator of several successful programs including the KK 60 Days Beach Body Challenge, the RamadanFit Program, and KK Winter Shred. She also offers global training support through her custom Fitness App, making her expertise accessible to women around the world.

Her vision was clear: to create a safe, empowering, and inspiring space where women could train confidently and comfortably. KhadijaKGYM is the realization of that dream—a women-only fitness studio focused on results-driven, female-specific training. Every client is treated as a unique project, with personalized support and programming to match.

From humble beginnings teaching at a local gym, to launching Adventure Boot Camp Erasmia, and later KhadijaK Health across several venues—KhadijaKGYM is the culmination of two decades of learning, growth, and specialized experience. Her concept of Specialised Female Training is at the core of her work: a method designed to deliver real results, no matter your starting point, background, or health condition.

Sourcing knowledgeable, relatable female trainers and curating effective, balanced programs are the foundation of her approach.

“Being a fitness trainer for many years, I’ve always been passionate about promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I believe that living well positively impacts every area of a woman’s life—mentally, physically, and emotionally.”
MIssion Statement

“True fitness isn't defined by how much you can lift or how far you can run. It’s about having the energy to meet life’s daily demands—with strength left over to dream, grow, and enjoy the moments that matter.” –
